Inside Sales Interview Prep

I have a friend of mine interviewing for an inside sales rep role. We're a software company. I manage a team of channel sales reps, and it's been a while since I've been on that side of the house.

Advice for interview prep questions? For example, one that I know comes up a lot is "sell me the solution of your current company."

I'm looking for something a bit more specific. Definitely prepping my friend to be ready for situational type questions, but didn't see much in terms of specific examples on those threads.
