Intermittent Fasting to make the day fly by and increase productivity?

Huge fitness guy here admittedly and there are of course health benefits to this and weight loss benefits as well (but honestly it's more for the health benefits)

This is not medical advice

But my day literally FLIES when I don't think about or take a break to eat. I feel like i can accomplish so much more. Now don't get me wrong, when I get hungry, the productivity really drops but when I'm in the flow, it's pretty powerful stuff and I feel like I can get into this by not thinking about eating. Call me crazy.

Anyone else have EXP with this?

I've been doing a 16:8 IF cycle for a few months now. I also just started keto, and have found myself fasting for even longer periods.

I love it. My energy is up, cravings are down, I don't get sugar crashes or intense hunger pains. I feel more mind clarity and urge to get things done as well.

Nice. I'm going to be trying a 24, 48, and 72 hour fast this summer. Just getting my body used to keto then I'm going to go for it. Looking forward to it!

Also been running 16:8 for about 6 months - absolutely love it. New sleeping habits too - feeling fantastic.

I did an apple cider vinegar w/ cayenne and honey cleanse. Didn't eat anything for 7 days. Felt better and had more energy than I do now. The body is weird.

I know what you mean in regards to fasting till 12. It gives me more time on my plate when I don't have to worry about breakfast but I do need to eat something by 12-1

I focus on drinking heaps of water! that tends to keep the hunger pains away while working from home. But I always have a big breakfast.

Hi - I have tried doing intermittent fasting but found that I was so hungry and it kept making me loose my focus. Any advice?
