hey guys I got promoted to a mid market AE starting in July. what should my quota be for Q3 and Q4 ? the full year target for a mid market rep here is $500k and a fully ramped rep has to close around $42k a month to hit target. considering I'm starting in July I'll have 6 months in the role before the next financial year. the average sale cycle is around 3-4 months and the average deal size is around $50k. What's a reasonable quote to ask for for? and how long should ramp be ?
