I just completed a phone screen for a bdr role in the SaaS space and after asking for next steps the recruiter said there is a required 30-45 minute cognitive test? The recruiter stated that you can go through the whole process, they wanna hire you and if you don't pass the test they cant hire you. How do we feel about this? The test is CCAT test
Also any suggestions on orgs to apply for a 3-year bdr looking for AE role.
