I've never been asked the last two. How did you answer?

On the underestimated I was told that I couldn't do sales, 8 years later I've generated a little over 5M in revenue.
Over estimated - I don't really listen to the praise. I just show up and do what I'm supposed to do.

Hmm. Interesting indeed. I had a VP use the “teach me something” on my interview as well; fantastic way to get how someone can relate information to a layperson. Great sales skill to have

I taught the hiring manager how to walk and pageant pose. It was fun and I got the job.

Very good skill. I think that question caught me so off guard that I bombed it lol!

My first job they wouldn’t reassign me to sales because they said I would never be able to do it. Since then, I have 8 years of Sales experience.

Man. I had the “teach me something” question too for my SDR interview.
Pressure was on because I just told him I was a teacher for 5 years prior before getting into sales.
Looking back at it, it’s probably a good question to test how candidates think on their feet

That’s roughly what she was driving at, also just how we convey New information to people.

100% agree. But I'm still amazed by the amount of people who stumble over it.

1) Did you know Baja California is responsible for 3.2 % of Mexico's GDP and the state of Baja California Sur is responsible for .76% of Mexican GDP. Mexico doesn't invest too much in Baja. It's just kind of there for them.
2) I'm super efficient. I am always a top producer on our dashboard with yet the fewest amount of calls.
3) Just because I went to a top university doesn't mean I am perfect. I have problems just like any other employee because I'm human.
