Hi WR,
For those of you that caught a post of mine a few weeks ago, I applied for my first Sales Leadership role 4 weeks ago. I didn't end up getting the role and I started paternity leave a few days later. With that said, I received one piece of feedback that stood out and I'm hoping you all may be able to help me with.
That feedback was "you were the only one who didn't come with some sort of visual or slides prepared". Mind you, I was very prepared for the interview, but i was also having a baby the next day. While I was a little frustrated, I took the advice as is.
It's been a long time since I've gone through an interview process outside of the last round and they always move quick. I'm assuming that the new interviews will be in 2 or 3 days from today.
Does anyone have examples of "visuals" they used to get a sales leadership role? I would love some examples.
As always, thanks a ton! Send me all the good vibes!
