Lots of companies follow the "STAR" methodology - they ask questions around a situation, a task, your action, and the result. Even if they don't follow the framework, you can usually break down those "tell me about a time where you..." questions into the STAR categories, and give crisp & detailed explanations. 


If I'm doing a lot of interviews around the same time, I pick 3-4 client and internal situations that I can iterate around the STAR points, and I feel like I always have something I can talk about.

I agree with @Kanyebut4sales A couple things I want to add is do research on the person that is interviewing you, and bring into the conversation what you found out. That with some lesser known facts about the company that you found out during your research will set you apart from all the rest of the candidates.
