Let's get some more background.  What did you cover in the first round? How big is the company? Would you report to the CSO?

First-round was my qualifications, family, goals (which I suspect will be discussed again in the second round). The company is about 400 employees mostly IT guys and about 30 sales peeps. I interviewed with the operations officer so I will have more understanding of how and who manages the role next round.

Got it--with that kind of split I'd start discussing sales org layout, goals, tactics, where you fit in, etc.

Look at the CSO's background and see where they've worked. Ask questions about how they have mirrored success at this company, and how you can make an impact that will drive the team forward.

The CSO as your second interview is going to be a bit tough because they are clearly weeding people out early. Develop strong, probing questions that will get you to meaningful growth conversations. Best if you can back up your experience with skills/results that can further his/her goals.

This is what I needed, much appreciated!
Any key performance indicators I should focus on?

Let them dictate the conversation around KPIs. However, the two things I would care about as a CSO at that scale is close rate and time to close. How fast can you get a deal through the sales motion, and how often are you closing them? This helps the team understand velocity and where process improvements can be made.

@poweredbycaffeine -  I appreciate the help, I had the meeting yesterday and all things considered, I think it went better than expected. I should hear back tomorrow at the latest from them. Thanks again!

@poweredbycaffeine - ok so the deal now is that I interviewed with the hiring companies CTO and CSO. CTO and my recruiter agree that I am the ideal fit and my metrics prove it. The CSO is strong set on only hiring people with MSP experience and they have been trying to fill this position for a while now. My recruiter is in with the HR head and from the breakroom chatter, I am hearing that the CEO wants to talk to me directly now. The problem is that the CSO is not sold on a salesperson with no industry experience (though I have proven to have evidential experience from previous jobs). What do you think is up if the CEO is trying to bypass the CSO to speak to me?

I think there is some internal debating happening, and the CEO is going to overrule the CSO if you are the right fit for the company. It's ultimately the CEOs' responsibility to grow the company and continue the path forward, so they will get the final say. I wish you the best of luck in the next call!
