Love it. The only suggestion I can make is adding a section where we can put how long we've been in our current role...my quota numbers from 2020 are skewed because I entered halfway through the year.

I second that, I had issues filling out the form the first time as my quota is yearly, not quarterly, so my answers were the same a few times.

Also looks like its only for AE and SDRs :( womp womp. Common Corp, where my VP positions at?

I got it a couple of weeks ago - that's a great idea and the survey platform itself is quite appealing. My two cents here are: make sure is easy to go back - sometimes I struggled correcting an answer, also the tenure role is important. Specific is terrific and giving accurate data can help make the sample more significant. 10/10 tbh - loving the momentum build around the bravado WR

Excited for this, but agree with FC that we should be able to input more info on our roles, as my ramp quota can skew numbers. I tried to keep things accurate to fully ramped but it'd be different from what SFDC shows so I'm stuck in that regard. Still a fantastic addition to the WR!

This is awesome, but be sure to to get CLEAR direction before interviewing. I’ve went through one already and they expected me to do what I was told would be the next interview. (Run the interview like a discovery meeting).

Really love that there are specific department forums being built. These will replace the shit that gets on LinkedIn so keep it up.

Second a lot of thoughts shared already regarding time in role and quotas. As a lot of people were furloughed or changed roles in the past 18 months, myself included.
