How can I access my Performance Index?

bravado.co/my-portfolio. Or click on your username in the upper right corner and select "Performance Index" from the menu.

Who can see my Performance Index?

Your Performance Index (P.I.) is private. Only you can see and access it. We know privacy is important to you and want you to feel comfortable documenting your career stats and successes in your P.I. 

Can I still share my Performance Index?

Even though nobody in the War Room or on the Internet can discover your Performance Index, feel free to showcase snippets of it via screenshots or screen share. 

Bravado is also working on features that give you options to publicize and share content in your P.I. soon -- stay tuned!

I have all my deals in a CSV / spreadsheet. Can I bulk upload them instead of manual entry?

Heck yeah. Upload your file by clicking “Add Deals” on your Performance Index. Our team will process the file and upload all your deals for you; you will get notified via email once your P.I. is updated.

Do my Win Wire deals show up here?

Yes! We want to help you keep track of your hard-fought deals with your Performance Index; the ones you are proudest of aka your Win Wire deals are definitely there.

Btw, you can add deal stories to any of your deals on your P.I. You can customize the privacy of the deal information to share on the Win Wire as usual.

How is the Ranking calculated?

Based on the deal history and quota attainment performance of all the sales savages in the War Room. You are ranked against your peers in your region, industry, and customer segment. 

The more deals and quota data you add, the more accurate reflection of how great you are as a salesperson. 

What can I use my Performance Index for?

Keep track of your important stats throughout your entire sales career. Your company CRM data doesn’t belong to you. Build something that YOU own. 

Use it as a brag book in interviews or QBRs. Backing up your stories with stats and stories distinguishes you as a salesperson.

We have said this many times, and to reiterate: we do not sell any user data to third parties. We are committed to user privacy and transparency here at Bravado, so you can trust that the data you provide on the Bravado platform will remain on our platform. 

How will we use the data you input? Mentioned above, we are launching a jobs product that matches you with top job opportunities. If you opt in, Bravado will send you relevant opportunities based on the sales experience you share on your P.I. But again, we will never share or sell this information with any third parties.
