Not sure about the UK but on contract means you are independent and are responsible for supplying all your own tools, equipment, location to work from etc. But technically they can’t dictate when or how you work, whether you hire an assistant or not, etc. Pros and cons for sure. Gotta pay taxes in the UK either way, but you should be able to expense some WFH costs. Ask a bookkeeper to help assess how you can save.

What is the difference? I feel like this question is very specific to your location.

Hey, I’m in the uk, London. They’re based in Europe but said they have legalities and can’t provide either or. I think after doing taxes etc I’ll end up losing more money and time !

If they’re offering this to you. Take the full time job.
Maybe less on NET, but legally they’ll have to provide you benefits etc.
Also, harder to get fired without notice

It's only better if it is somehow paying you more money than being an employee

B2B work contracts are generally more flexible and have tax benefits but then again, not as many employee benefits and since it's flexible, generally has more loop holes. It's basically similar but it's a personal choice based on what companies use and what you'd like to sign.
Also, welcome to the War Room. Just to highlight a few things:
