Is anyone doing high-ticket closing?

I was thinking of looking for a part-time appointment setting or closing gig where there's warm leads and one-call closes. Has anyone here done that? I'd almost feel like I'm hopping on some 'high-ticket closer' bandwagon where people don't know shit about sales except how to pressure people to buy. But my BDR job is making me like $3500/month after taxes and it sucks.

If you've done it, what was your experience? If you haven't, what's your opinion on it?

Lol no, that's apparently what these high ticket closers get and do.

Sounds like you've been influenced by the LinkedIn/Instagram sales guru crowd. These 'high-ticket-closers' sell their service, which usually is just a reworded sales book, and outsource it to people to set meetings for them because they can't. -- ignore the lambos, rolexes etc. these people are posting, put your head down and crush your BDR goals with a real product.

Isn't telemarketing outbound?
Generally speaking, these leads are inbound, generally from Facebook and Instagram ads, Facebook groups, etc.

You can have the absolute shittiest elevator pitch/cold opener ever and you can still close deals.

AE’s - those with the highest close-rates & deal sizes are consistently the ones who talk ‘price’ at the right time.

Do people still close deals on the golf course?
