Is it okay to cold email multiple people in 1 company?

Hello, so I am about to send out cold emails, and I am planning to contact multiple people in one company. I am aiming to contact 3 people working in the same company, and I would send them emails once a week (per person) for 3 weeks.

Is that okay or am I being too spammy?

Is this a serious question? Send the fing emails lol. It’s not that serious.

It’s also absolutely fine to call and LinkedIn message multiple people at the same company.

xD I will man, I was just worried that I might be too spammy. I am messaging 3 people from 1 company.

Are you in an SDR role? That’s actually irrelevant but by all means go for it, the more wider you can cast your net the better your chances of landing something. I used to prospect 8-12 prospects at one organisation at a time because it increases the chances of someone catching onto it and responding. Don’t get too caught up on being spammy, just be somewhat relevant and you’ll be fine

Are the emails going to say something different to each contact?

totally fine.

if they all respond at the same time (Which wont happen) then you can say "great! i was actually talking to XXX lets loop them in too!"

hopefully you can meet with all three at different points and learn ALOT more about the org.

It’s normal if :
1) emails mentions you’re contacting A, B & C
2) email isn’t simply the same for all of them - that makes you sound like a robot that turned a list into a automated blast and doesn’t quite build trust

You better do it.
Just maybe not the same exact email.

Even then, it's not a big deal unless you hit them a lot

Of course. Don't send the same message. personalize it to each position for the pain points/problems you solve for them + add personalization to the person themselves.

Or if you really want to get crazy and you think you've got a solid value add based on some intel, put all 3 on the same email.

For all you mail mergers out there, do you see more success emailing one DM or all DMs on a custom thread? I've noticed that putting all relevant DMs on one campaign that is 100% customized to their business has a much higher response rate (28% meeting sucess)
