Over and above the 'great' solutions we as salespersons are selling, a major reason as to why decision makers purchases from us is because they confide in us and like us. Sometimes I can feel that the service does not meet the expectations that the client has and this is very frustrating for me as I feel a great responsibility when selling. Due to this I sometimes end up doing service stuff, even though it is not my job, because clients (especially larger ones) drag me into these cases and I simply cannot stop caring.
How is the service in your Company and do you also struggle with the same? Or do you simply not care about the clients after the contract is signed regardless of outcome?
