Is this okay?

hi everyone - I've started the process for searching for a closing role recently. I'm talking to multiple agency recruiters, is it okay to do that? I always let them know that I am speaking with other recruiters to be fully transparent. Like would a recruiter be mad if I'm talking to other recruiters? should I only talk to one recruiter at a time?

Are they at the same agency? If not, then definitely not.

Worry about yourself first.

They're not just talking to you, after all.

@Sunbunny31 Thanks, I’m going to need it. Not many companies are open to SDRs w/o closing experience

I would talk with as many as possible. You are never asked to sign a contract that you’ll only work with one recruiter. They aren’t always faithful to their clients either. Two way street.

Don't you worry, their job is to sell you the position and terms. You should even challenge them and negotiate by saying that another recruiter is proposing a better offer ;).
