I expect more in-person meetings as things get moving again, at least for me. We sell a pretty complex solution that takes a lot of people involved at once. In-person meetings are great for the regular reasons, but it also sets a very serious "due date" for the different people involved to be up to date and ready. 

Moving 100% video calls seems to made prospects quicker to cancel, push, or just half ass it on the meeting compared to when they had to sit down across from you.

It changed so much during, i would see a continued shift to virtual with a splash of inperson still. I look forward to more handshakes and face to face. hard to see the gotcha moments and hot buttons or sheer disappointment when their camera is off lol

Since pandemic pushing everyone to wfh, many people are of the opinion that all aspects of businesses (at least for software) can be done remotely. How many of you still believe that persona touch goes a long way to close a sales deal?
