Any company that isnโ€™t in startup mode has no excuse for setting unattainable goals. ย History is there to show what is a reasonable goal that should be hit. ย Iโ€™m not saying that the goal should be average, but it shouldnโ€™t be something only 20% of the team actually hits historically.

Speaking for my team last year,ย  about 95 % of the team did not hit quota and we had about a 80% turnover in SDR's Yoy. Shouout to Sops for that one and marketing and sales working together to make sure they did everything in their power to disable us from kicking ass and taking names

our reps get 2-5 at bats a year. 2 deals can put you in your accelerator. We sell in a very competitive space - mostly RFPs, so some reps can go several quarters without winning a deal. Our best reps kill it every year and our good reps have avg to good years.ย

This is a tough one to respond to. I personally feel like my quota is fair and I'm achieving. That said, it's clear that there are some systemic issues that are preventing that from scaling across the organization, particularly to people with less experience.ย

Most definitely, i still failed to meet half of it last month, shit on a stick that's what i say. But hey it happens, started this month with 3 times as many (3) meetings this month and hey its def improvement hahahahahahahahaha Jรจsu
