This seems to be the one tidbit I scream the most. Follow up fast, follow up often.

I create tasks in my CRM. I also set appointments in Outlook and Teams so the reminders pop up. I also have a color coded notebook system as a backup 🦊

I like how thorough your system is ! My problem is sometimes I'll ignore tasks I set for myself because other important things pop up and the tasks will be the easiest option to ignore...

Set it as an appointment so you will call. Little tricks like that help me to stay on track.

In addition to timing, what does your follow-up entail? Is it a "just checking in, I know things get lost in the shuffle" line? Easy to scale, but obviously self-interested.

If you can change your follow-ups to nurture points (relevant articles, datapoints, competitor info) for your top accounts. It's probably more interesting for your prospys.

AE’s - here’s a very client-centred way to gather information about ‘WHEN’ a decision needs to be made. Doing it this way will help you shorten sales cycles and build trust. Keep in mind - not every question I ask in this example is a perfect fit for every buyer, but should give you a good place
