BMS is seeking a solution that will enable them to audit and track against safe occupancy levels across their real estate portfolio (in response to RTO initiatives) to ensure they are using data to maintain a safe and productive environment for their workforce. This initiative came from top leadership (office of the CEO) with a goal of having highly accurate and real-time data to generate actionable insights. Data will be surfaced to employees as a method of empowerment to make smart and productive decisions (safe display).In addition to surfacing data to their workforce, they will be surfacing data to service staff to enable proactive, automated, and agile cleaning, maintenance, and monitoring of high-traffic spaces.
Secondarily, they are deploying to understand how their workforce comes back and interacts with their conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
