what's up war room! 

I have my third round of interviews for an advertising account executive role. The company provides a platform/agency services for companies and creators to grow mobile app downloads. 
Any advice ? good vibes ? interview tips? motivations? whatever you got send it my way please!

An oldie but a goodie... Don't sit until you're told,and sit on the edge of the seat, so you'll sit up straight. I know it sounds simplistic, but it's been an instant deal-breaker for some.

Nice! Congrats on getting that far! Be strong and confident in your responses. Try to engage the interviewer when appropriate. Most of all be relaxed.

People with beards look trustworthy, people without beards look smart. Which does the company value more?

Also, wear a kilt. Just do it. Take pictures. Insist on doing the interview in Welsh or Gaelic. Throw a hammer. Bring your own mead, and offer it to the interviewer in large quantities. What could go wrong?

Thanks to everyone for the advice and luck. I met with three people, supposed to be 45 minutes with each. The first person I met with went on to the 45 minutes and was the best convo of them all. It was with the employee who has the same position they are hiring for. The others were with other team members in the account management side. I don’t have as much confidence in those conversations and they only went to 30 minutes each ;( I have no idea what to expect!
