There's a few out there, but they're a bit more competitive. You could try Remote.com, Flex Jobs, or RemoteJobs.io

It's tough right now, and I completely understand where you're coming from.

Even without relocation, hybrid can be difficult with a baby. Where are you located and what avenues have you been pursuing to find a new gig?

Right there with you, except I don't have a baby, just a wife and a house full of in-laws. With your name, I'm guessing you're in Dallas? I'm in San Antonio and there's not a lot here, it's mostly a blue collar town, which I like, except for the fact that it doesn't help me find a job. Closest I got to a job offer was an SDR job in Austin (a step down for me, but whatever) hybrid requiring 4x a week in office (2 hour drive each way). I was going to do it, and just live in a motel or Airbnb or whatever was cheap and just drive home on Thursdays. But, they decided that it was too risky to hire me given the commute. So, after almost 8 months of unemployment, I'm driving Uber now. Beats starving and being homeless, but definitely not my ideal work.

Can't say that I have any tips for finding remote work since everyone is looking for remote jobs right now.

Should be able with a full remote job. Lots of my friends working full remote and Iโ€™m also working almost full remote, just coming in the office time to time to feel the vibe!

I'm also fully remote. I'd die otherwise.

A move might be your best option. Remote jobs are even more competitive than ever. I wonโ€™t hire anyone who doesnโ€™t go to one of the offices at lease 2 days a week. The exception is senior AEs and management, but at that level, you are traveling every week anyway.

the "toughness" comes from the level of competition being so high, not from the scarcity of jobs.
