Just landed a new job as a SDR Manager and I'm stoked

Been in the sales ecosystem for 7ish years now and coming out of a ENT SDR Lead role into a SDR manager role at an external company and I'm stoked. Finally landed my career next step. All it took was looking outside my org and making the jump away from my current org and man, it was worth it. More OTE than the internal promo would offer, better bennies, and still remote. Plus the title I've been chasing! Just here to celebrate the win!


I'm hiring SDRs too, so idk if this is the right place to post it, but hmu.

Partner with the colleges and the universities themselves. Quite a few of them have student/alumni hiring portals.

Nah, I jumped! I guess that wasn't super clear in the way I wrote it. Internal promotion got pushed 6 months due to "not thinking you were ready" lol. Such BS. And 3 weeks later I accepted this role with 40k more than the internal promotion was offering!
