JUST SIGN THE FUCKING CONTRACT!!!

Don't you hate when you get verbal commitment and agreement from your buyer, so you send the docusign over... and then they just sit on it for a few days???

Like WHY? You've literally said out loud to me that we are exactly what you need, the price works for your budget, and you need to get my product ASAP. So just sign it!!

I know many here can relate. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

I'm gonna go call her again to find out what the problem is.

Many things can happen - people get sick, fired, decision makers change, etc.

And others are assholes.

Probably just procrastination most of the time to be honest. It's such a menial task that it's easy to put off in your mind. I've literally taken weeks to do something as simple as make a phone call or share a link to a friend or something. Because of their simplicity, tasks that are literally just a few button clicks take me longer to complete. I put it off then forget about it and only remember in situations where I'm engaged in something else so it then gets put off again and so on.

I have deal like this. The guy was like "YEAH LET'S F-IN GO!!!" then he hurt his back and apparently his fingers don't work now for him to tap on his phone to get the shit back to me. so irritating.

Did you ask them when they would have it signed by before you sent it over?

On the phone before I sent it I asked when they would have this signed back over and they said they could have it completed and back to me by the next day, which was yesterday. I assume they just got super busy and are distracted

I'd definitely be calling tomorrow and asking if something is wrong with the contract. Even if there isn't it will probably hurry them on a bit.

My actual life right now.I closed lost it a month ago and he replied to my shit or get off the pot with the materials I requested (a month prior) and asked for the contract. I reopened the deal, sent the contract 3 weeks ago and crickets. Sent another shit or get off the pot email this morning and got this:

Werkzeug, I will get to it this week.

Sigh.

Stay strong DnD!

just hammer that docusign reminder email - comes from docusign, doesn't come from you. i hit it over and over and over. they'll sign to make it stop or call you to say why they haven't signed without you having to pry.

do it for any contract that doesnt get signed in the first 1-2 hours after i send it. 60% of the time it works every time.
