This deal said they wanted to close 2 months ago and in my industry that usually means anywhere from 3-6 months later. Sent a email to the person who wanted us the most on Friday and Monday got an email that they are ready to go by need to negotiate. I throw on my negotiator hat throw on my big boy pants and by this morning we have a signed contract.
