Great question,
Since you manage BD I'm assuming that you have a team of BDR's reporting to you. BDR is the toughest job in sales, with constant rejection and you have to get told to F off and get right back on the phone or into e-mails. Does your company offer any sort of program for the BDRs to be mentored by AE's and connect with them to keep up morale. Are the Ae's at your company good so that this could happen? additionally, as the manager, it's great to be able to open up and relate and have everyone feel like you are in the good and bad times together...

Thanks for the feeback.

We offer many things from weekly team trainings, daily meetings for questions all the way to WFH stipends, gift cards, happy hours, etc...

Most of our AE's are promoted BDR's from before Covid and do a relatively good job with helping mold the newer salespeople at our organization. I always encourage the new team members to meet with their peers and the AE's to learn more about the company and how to do the role successfully to be promoted.

Just curious if there are any new tips and tricks I could potentially implement to shake things up outside the chaos that is the BDR lifestyle.
