I have a few months in tech with Strategic Accounts but prior I was in management in manufacturing sales. Tech pays way better so what should I be doing next with my resume?

How would I do that without showing my username?
You can still use your username in place of your real name and info. Don't use the company names. The most important pieces of info is going to be the descriptions for each job you have held and how they are relevant to what you are looking for.

What do you actually want to do? Tailor your resume to each role you apply. I know it's a pain but it works.
sounds like you should stay in Tech....go to Twilio's competitors? go to non competitors but in he same industry? try to make your recent tech experience useful.

I'm sorry you got caught up in that. I'd do what others have recommended, start with competitors and expand from there in to related industries, as you now have experience in that industry that you can leverage.
