I was working to renew all my December renewals in June to get it off there plate and mine at the EOY. Fortunately this client also saw the value but MAN were they a sticker on price. We ended up negotiating a 3 year deal. I presented them with easy numbers 23,000, 24000 etc.
They wanted it to be a percentage increase which came out to like 22789, 241xxx,
Why?!?! just keep it simple sometimes but at the end of the day ill take the sale and increase and additional years!
