Jesus, I didn’t want to even post after I saw these lol. On single pay check I got 17K (gross)
Mine was $105K, it was paid out after a Q4 where i did 65% of my number and then hit the second (and final) band of accelerators. Safe to say that my company is trying their best to make sure no one else breaks the comp plan again.
