Leaderboard 2.0 Winners [Chapter 3]

It's that time again. The moment we've all been waiting for. The announcement of winners for Leaderboard 2.0 - Honor Thy Content.


Without further ado, let's get to the results!

First, we have the "Top Commission" award. This savage wants to start small and go big in 2023. Their 5 goals for the new year seem to be set in stone. Their belief in Karma seems stronger than ever. And their commission was more than most in the War Room last week. It’s also their very first appearance on the War Room Leaderboard. And the winner is…@Lambda, with a staggering 575 commission points earned. Great job!

Next, we have the “Top New User” award. They’ve made a strong impression in the community with their posts around podcasts, marketing tactics, and why people aren’t 100% these days. This newbie is not even a newbie, since they joined the War Room back in 2021. But only started engaging last month. And the winner is... @GingerBarbarian. Keep up the fantastic work! Worth mentioning that@Armageddon gave a tough competition here.

Finally, we have the "Top Quality" award. The most prestigious category in Leaderboard 2.0. This savage has been extremely disciplined and consistent in adding value to the War Room through their posts, comments, and curiosity-driven questions. Be it sharing tips on life advice or career burnout, their contributions have truly made a difference. They were chosen by the War Room with a total of 13 votes by the time we ended the poll. With their second appearance on Leaderboard 2.0, the winner for Top Quality this week is ...@TennisandSales.

Now, we begin Chapter 4 for the Leaderboard 2.0 competition. And with a new chapter, we have a new twist. Apart from looking at Quality and Consistency, for determining our Top Quality contenders (and winner), we'd also be looking at another factor - Referrals. Not just the "number of referrals", but also how and if, these new users are "interacting with the War Room".


So in order to win the Top Quality this week, consistently post quality content and use your invites to bring in (genuine) sales folks - who can greatly benefit in their sales careers once exposed to the War Room.


Until then, keep grinding and remember - sales is a battlefield, but the War Room is where we come to learn how to conquer it.
