Leaving a much larger Saas Company to a smaller Saas Company (150 -200 employees)

Want to reach out to the chat and get some advice in regards to looking at different options. Currently work at a large Saas company and have the thought of looking at a smaller company to take on more responsibility and upward mobility. Want to see if anyone has dealt with this or has an opinion?

Just went through this and honestly, best decision I ever made.

I struggled with being heard at my previous job and now feel like my voice matters. I also get to be a part of growing the team and implementing new ideas, trainings and processes!

Woah, okay. So organizational maturity is a big factor. I left a 5,000 person company at one point and went to about 200 and it was jarringly different. Are they fairly new/a start-up?

yes they are fairly new, but would not say start up, from the conversations they are growing and looking to grow out sales team with reps that have experience in mid market sector

Do your due diligence. Is the company going to be around in a few years? Is the product strong? What do current reps say about the role, attainment, etc.
