Looking for some advice from the community.
Engaging a few other companies for new roles, however I am doing decently well in my current role with a handful of late stage opportunities and some decent pipeline.
(why are you leaving you might ask? Company culture is changing, I'm one of the dinosaurs left who's under valued, under paid amoung some other company frustrations.)
Given that the deal's I'm working, have been in the making for 6+ months it's tough to stomach walking away from all the time and money they're worth.
Has anyone tried to negotiate a signing bonus or some other way to compensate yourself for the deals youd be leaving on the table to go to a new company?
