Leaving meeting times in your email outreach?

What's up everyone, curious how y'all like to leave off your emails (cold or not). I used to end all my emails by asking for a meeting and giving about three different times that I'm available.

However, I've recently been experimenting with getting rid of that altogether, and instead, I've been ending my outreach with "is this of any interest?" and feel like I've been getting better results. New to the game and understand different things work for different territories, so curious what y'all have found to be successful for you, and any tips you might have.

Instead of giving multiple times, I will just follow up my email with a calendar invite for a 15 min call. Seems to work for me, but I like your idea as well. All we want is a response of some kind to work with right?

ahhahaha you got it right. One of my buddies has been doing the calendar invite for prospects and swears by it, going to start doing the same thing soonย

If cold emailing I always propose a few different times for a meeting and pose it as "we're having this conversation, here's when I'm available" rather than asking if they want to talk. It doesn't work all the time obviously but I get good email to book ratios off it.

If cold email I typically just say "my earliest availability is Date (next week) at time" if they counter with a time, I never accept it because I don't want to seem like I'm dying for their business, I'll just counter with a day or two later same time.

If I'm cold emailing, I've got a link at the bottom of my email for prospects to put time on my calendar, putting the ball in their court.ย

That being said, I still will have some sort of call to action in my emails even with the calendar link.ย

Low friction asks are always the best.ย

You can put your calendar link in the signature

Most of the times I propose 1 or 2 specific timesslotsย

Leaving it open for them to respond with their thoughts is more likely to get responses for 2 reasons.
1.) itโ€™s less invasive and youโ€™re showing them that you want to hear if they think itโ€™s worth their time to talk
2.) asking for a meeting from 1 or 2 emails can be misconstrued as lazy and you havenโ€™t really done much to get their buy in yet(in their eyes) so getting the mutual validation then getting a meeting booked will likely yield a better resultย
