"let me know if you need anything else"

or, "just shout if theres anything else i can do" etc etc.

I hate these email endings yet i am struggling to come up with anything better. Of course my customer or prospect will let me know if they need anything else, i shouldnt need to tell them to ask.

Anyone got any better suggestions they use?

“Looking forward to speaking again soon” has been a standard for me.

im not opposed to that but also not a big fan as its almost like a full stop on a sentence and soon could mean tomorrow or next year. maybe i am overthinking it...

Well, I mean, "let me know if you need anything" or "please don't hesitate to ask any questions..." are inviting engagement that may not happen. Maybe "shall we set up some time early next week to review?"

You are a little. I see your point, but does it really matter?

I usually try to reference whatever homework I gave them or the next step as a point of saying “if any questions a arise during this/while reviewing/etc, you know where to find me. Looking forward to doing xyz with you on xyz”. Just makes it more real bc it matches how I speak and it’s about a tangible item.

yeh i like that, i guess i am probably just overthinking a standard pleasantry at the end of an email but this is good.

When I write recaps with clear next steps I end with "tell me if there's anything I missed or something you'd like to add." Seems to work 🤷‍♀️

This one is huge. Our entire revenue team uses Executive Summaries (3-5 bullets about current situation [goals/pain], 3-5 F&B directly related to current situation, quick wrap up that includes defined or suggested next steps, and an ask to confirm that everything lines up and the rep didn't miss anything.) 2 reasons they work: 1. It gives you a framework for discovery that isnt BANTing someone to death and encourages ACTUAL discovery; 2. Leaves an actual CTA for the prospect. (Hey, take a look at this and let me know if we are on the same page.)

I don't think anyone gets annoyed with it since it's essentially just a pleasantry that's almost expected in business conversations.

I usually don’t send vague, open ended emails so this isn’t a real issue for me. My emails are generally specific and I ask for a meeting. That’s it.

fair enough, this isnt an every email issue for me, its generally coming in later stages of a deal or even when we are in account management. As i said before, i am probably just overthinking it.
