I don't see anything wrong with what he posted. There are lots of SDR/BDRs out there so nervous they can't even pick up the phone. Encouragement shouldn't be looked down on.

Your kindness made me delete my comment. I agree with what you're saying in principle, but I mean, c'mon. A VP rattled because he sent an obvious mistake in an invite? Pretty grabby to me.

I think he failed to clarify that this was likely one of his experiences as an SDR. I personally know a few salespeople at Clari and I could not imagine that their VP would have this reaction in his current role.ย

Yeah, maybe I'm just being salty. I just know this kinda thing happens to me 2-3x per week. If SDRs are panicking about it then they need to take deep breaths.ย
