I would like to know if anyone has actually closed deals with LI messaging. For recruiting, ok I get that. But literally anything else.ย

I work in the staffing industry so I use LinkedIn Recruiter to send messages. If no response, I'll follow up in 3 days. If no response after that, I use Zoominfo to try and find their phone number and add them to my call list and then let the fun cold calling begin! ;)ย

Nobody sells through LI. Get a data tool and go right to their inbox and phone.

I feel like selling through LI is a dream that's sold by Microsoft/LI, and haven't heard of success outside of recruitment.

Seamless has a free version for salespeople you can use (signup on their site). But it kicks ass dude. I love it. Im considering buying the paid version, but the salesperson never sent me the contract and I refuse to call back!

I don't think the exact sequence matters too much.

I see girls with a nice profile picture have a lot more success than me, and we have the exaxt same structure :(

So I actually made a profile at a point using my girlfriendย at the timeย (model) with success. Unfortuantly since I work for a corporate that was quickly shutdown. :( Perhaps in my next job I'll do it again, or make sure not to brag about how well its working for me
