List of Top Tech Sales Headhunters?

I'm looking for recommendations on the best Technology Headhunter for senior level sales roles (Sales Director & VP Roles). 

If you were recruited by them, please share your experience. if you use them to find talent, please provide more details (ie work on retainer, % of base, etc)

Big plus if they specialize in cyber security!

These guys are amazing. They SELL their recruits hard, have proactive outreach to companies they work with with top candidates they are engaged with (Weather they have open recs or not), and send me opportunities that are hard to turn down even when I’m not looking. Highly recommend them.

Industry standard for fte is 20% unless you are willing to give exclusive rights on the rec, that could buy you some wiggle room.

If it’s outside of sales in IT, call IT Avalon. They are a small boutique firm with some very long tenured recruiters. They will deliver you great talent quickly.
