Sure, the world is opening up. But some companies have now taken the plunge into fully remote options. Was curious if anyone here has experience or knowledge on the salary based on location.
If I am qualified, and you want me for the job but I live in the Silicon Valley, my expectations on salary are probably vastly different than someone from (lets say) Indiana.
Do companies take this in to consideration? Should I expect the same sort of comp base wise that I would get in my area from a company that is HQ'd somewhere with lesser averages?
