These tips are more general interview tips and less about sales but:

- Answer all questions in the STAR method (situation, task, action, result). This gives the interviewer a better visual/story about your capabilities rather than talking in hypotheticals.

- When going through your resume you don't need to go through each position in depth; talk about your achievements (in real $ or %, not "I hit my targets"). Talk about something you learned at the position that you still apply today then talk about the reason why you left and the reason you decided to join your next position.

- Don't bash your previous employers, you can say things like: I hit the glass ceiling in terms of growth/salary, our values no longer aligned, etc.

- Ask questions!! You're in sales so make sure you ask relevant questions after doing some research. If I want the job at the end of the interview, I like to end with  "do you have any reservations or concerns about my ability to perform this job?" this way you can counter their hesitations right then and there rather than having them discuss their hesitations without you present.

Hope this helps and good luck!!
