Looking for entry level SDR/BDR/Sales for my partner

She just lost her job two weeks ago, coming from 15 years of bartending, she can handle herself but will need some training on cold call/email outreach. I can teach that, but anyone know a company notorious for giving people a chance? (hopefully remote)

Alternatively, anyone in a hiring seat recommend her including that I am in sales and would be teaching? It feels really hokey but thought I might ask so I could see how much you would tear me apart for it lol

Have her fill out a profile on the jobs tab and see who she gets matched up with. Also LinkedIn jobs.

General encouragement: entry level jobs are supposed to be just that. She has work experience in general, which is good, but honestly, working in front end service is amazing for time management, organization, keeping calm under pressure, all things that can be very helpful in a sales role. Have her fill out a profile in the jobs arena and get started!

LI for sure. Make a list of pros and cons for her as well as what she wants her target to be with salary, commission, hours, benefits, etc.

She should for sure mention your coaching in interviews to show she is serious. I would recommend just start applying
