Lost another one.

That’s all. Two in a row where they reached out to me first. One was a PEO hiring a field AE for here in San Antonio. The other an early stage startup based in Europe. I was really hoping to be able to quit the call center this week. Unfortunately I’m still stuck here.

One opp still in the pipeline. BDE role at Gartner. Pay is a little less than I was looking for (but still better than what I’m making now) and requires a relocation to Dallas by the start date. But it’s the only game in town, so I guess I gotta play it out.

Yeah, unfortunately if I get it I'll be relocating by myself. My wife will be staying in San Antonio since her family lives with us, and we're not in a position to sell our house. Or rent it out.
