Our company just implemented ZI this year but so far it's been great. Not everything is perfect, but you can send updates within the account records.

Have used both extensively. ZoomInfo is superior and it’s not even close

Any global perspectives on these? I hear my EMEA and APAC reps talk non-stop about how ZI does not work for them.
I know it isn't perfect... but I don't think anything out there is any better?

APAC here. My Zoominfo hit rate is great, even for small accounts.

You've settled it. They're fired.

Found ZoomInfo to be way better. Lusha was only good for European phone numbers

Zoominfo is an invaluable tool for me and I use it on daily basis. I've found Lusha has a better mobile/direct line hit rate, but Zoominfo is far easier to use and has great integration with Salesforce and Outreach.

Zoominfo works better for me. Prospects in my region don't use LinkedIn, so Lusha doesn't work here.

I'd go with ZoomInfo really, I tried Lusha with a couple of team members and it was good enough but at least for North America data, ZoomInfo just made more sense. Tons of good data there.

Zoom Info is great for building lists but very expensive. Lusha is a good starting place and even has a free account.

Agree with @barney2021, I have used both. Zoom is ok, expensive and I found a lot of the info out of date. Lusha is pretty to get started with. The free account is good, although you only have a small number of credits each month.

In my experience, Lusha has given me better results so would definitely recommend that

I prefer Hunter.... But if I'm chosing between the two, Lusha.

Lusha for sure

ZoomInfo is terrible without LinkedIn Sales Navigator. When used together? Most powerful sales tool out there.

FWIW: i recently received an account list to review from ZI based on pre-determined criteria/filters etc (that they curated for us), and it included total junk and a link to an “adult content” site - I’ll let you interpret what may have popped up on my screen without knowing and my gut reaction of “I’m totally getting canned over this”

ZI is 100% better than Lusha smh... Lusha will have you calling Corp HQ numbers and have to use a credit for unlocking it lol

Lusha, all day every day - way better cell phone numbers and direct office lines.. My team has been connecting at a much higher rate over the phone and booking more meetings since the switch

Not Lusha.
I've used it against ZoomInfo, Seamless, Apollo and a bunch of ones I can't remember...and it was one of the worst.
Often couldn't even find the contact and had less or less accurate data when it did find them.
