Mail Merge: Other options besides Word?

I find using a mail merge to reach out to multiple customers at a time is very beneficial but I wish there was more functionality or customization you would use in word when sending out a mail merge. Are there any other useful mail merge tool yall have used besides Word?

This is the way. There are a lot of platforms out there that are designed for outbound en mass with customization options before you send out to individual people in a list. If you're joining ga new company they just might have that toolset for you.

Yea same. It would be great to be able to put in custom numbers and equations when contacting multiple customers. Almost of there was a way to import and excel sheet (that's uses equations) that would then make a mail merge more custom to the customer.

I know in work and excel you can input new user fields but there is so much functionality its missing like being able to CC or BCC someone on the email during the merge.
