Making best use of Sales Navigator

We are using Sales Navigator in my company. Wanted to understand how we can make full use of the tool and increase the ROI.

Currently, we are using Sales Navigator to find more leads within different target accounts. We use the triggers and alerts required for sending personalized and relevant messages.

Any other features/hacks of Sales Navigator that we can use to increase our ROI of the tool?

TIA

Yeah grab their LinkedIn url, plug it into your data tool (zoom, rocketreach, apollo), get their direct email and phone number and then contact them. You can do that for free though too if you know which companies or industries you’re targeting. Then you only have to pay for the data tool. Sales navigator is great for seeing who looked at my page but that’s about it. I’d drop it and use a real prospecting tool to increase your leads! Good luck!

Passive Prospecting via Saved Searches

Sales Nav is great for detecting market triggers - but you won't see any triggers if you dont:

a) Create saved searches for your ICP. (1) Senior folks entering new roles (2) Funding rounds (3) People who've previously used your product [people that used to work at your referral clients]

b) 'Save' accounts: track press-releases, major funding events, financial events, product expansions, hirings

**bonus: If you don't have a LI-Recruiter, it's great for scalping other companies that have a high-churn. You want new reps? Create a saved search for those companies/titles.

I used it before and you are right, LISN was great at seeing contacts and doing searched by title, or even searching by HQ in you area. I have got more information out of ZoomInfo though.

I only use SN as a backup when I feel like the Zoominfo contact data for an account is incomplete. It would be far more useful if you could direct export into Salesforce.

Mailshake recently posted a blog post about this that's pretty solid:  https://mailshake.com/blog/linkedin-sales-navigator/
