I use my company cell phone. I display it in every email signature too so prospects get used to seeing it.

Previous role had us call off our personal cells when the Roner hit and we went WFH. Didn’t enjoy random ass prospects who I will never end up speaking with having my personal. Never knew if a call from an unknown was a personal or work call. I get a lot of people don’t mind, but I was uncomfortable with it.

Current role uses RingCentral, which has an app for the cell that lets me make and take calls from my work #, and another app called TextUs (shitty app) that lets me send and receive texts from the same RingCentral #.

I have a second professional number just to be able to completely cut out prospects / clients contacting me. Especially when I know I ll be drinking or on holiday.

Yeah I hear that - we use DialPad now and same concept. App based etc.

Same here, I don't mind having all calls coming through a single number. Keeps it easier and always for sometimes getting the ability to text and connect with prospects that way.

I always use my cell, and freely give it out as my sole point of contact.

All people in my industry do.

I have my cell phone in my email signature so prospects/customers can reach me directly. I call from our dialer but sometimes use my cell.

I used to have a soft phone (RingCentral), but now I'm not actively selling (management) I use my personal number. I make maybe 10 calls a month and it's to get people over the line or to remind new customers of their invoices.
