Malcolm Gladwell's Outliers

Am I the only one who got depressed after reading this book?

At first I was like

"Ah thank you for providing a clear explanation why I couldn't make it into the big leagues. It really wasn't my fault, the cards were stacked against me before the game even started"

but then I was like

"The cards were stacked against me before the game even started.....life is so unfair."

Safe to say If I get married and plan on having children, those little fuckers better be born in January.

I will not have any other way.

It's an interesting read but I wouldn't take it at face value. If it depresses you, my advice is to read something about affirmations and manifesting success for yourself to balance it out.
