mami closed a deal for $110.5k to the Engineering Software department

Took the deal from 23k~ to 110k~ by encouraging them to loop in contractors and consultants into their efforts to maximize their productivity and quality wins.


Quite a bit of legal back and forth pushed this deal into early Q3. My feedback for myself would be to better plan for the signing process and align on signing timelines as early in the process as possible.
