Who has more stress, and who does more work?
Those who are managers feel free to drop some knowledge. If you're an AE, drop in your speculations.
I suspect managers have a higher level of stress because you are not in control of your deals anymore. they really on sellers to hit their number, which is much higher than an AE.
I think managers have a higher level of stress. Am I wrong?
When it comes to workload, I think AEs have the bulk of it. That's not to say managers don't have work to do, it's just different- like when you transitioned from SDR to AE. But to think that a manager works 70% of what an AE works, is probably naive.
Who do you think works more, and by how much (timewise)?
