Manager Appraisal

Hey Fam,

So the current company I'm working for has something I consider really cool.

As same as the employees have their own semi to annual appraisal by their managers, agents also have the same and based on your appraisal you can demand a manger change if the chemistry between you and him is not at its best after stating your reasons if you'd like.

So I'm wondering if that's a general policy most of companies follow or only just a few of them.
