Yes that's the one! Tell us how was your experience? Did you take what you learned in the class and apply it? Or was it just cool?

I haven't actually finished it, but I use some small things. Mirroring, going for the no etc. I feel like it's not really an all-in-one solution. But if you stick the other stuff in with your material it works great.

Chris Voss is the best at what he does and I thought the Masterclass was a worthwhile time investment (even after reading 'Never Split the Difference' a couple of times).

However, I still think the best time investment you can make with Voss is the Knowledge Project podcast - It's here:
https://fs.blog/knowledge-project/chris-voss/

"We're going to slow things down to speed them up"

AND

"It sounds like you have some next steps in mind"

Are two of the most incredible lines I've seen in sales.

I honestly feel like all negotiation classes are really generalised. You’ll never actually know what you need to do in the situation until you’re in it

Honestly negotiation in my opinion is something that’s better to learn by error- every situation is different, the books will give general examples but not worth it in my opinion. A mentor will help a lot more in that

I agree but I see in the poll one recommending it. Please do share your experience!! I don't know who you are but please share!

Went through all of the masterclasses and read his book.  While it's not the complete guide to be an elite negotiator, it provides a ton of tid bits that you can use along the way, specifically the power of "No" instead of getting a customer to say "Yes" to leading questions.  If you can reframe the conversation and get them to say no to your questions it will help rewire their emotional response to how they view your solution to their problem.  ( this is just one small example ). Go for it and learn!
