Yeah it’s definitely a who you know industry for the most part. I got in the traditional route by grinding for a couple years in B2B and then started as an ASR knowing no one.

Yeah, thankfully I don’t do a ton of trauma business. Mostly sports and capital. But I have started looking to see what’s out there
